Exchange and Return Policy

At Elynico, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Timeframe

• You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
• Requests should be sent to elynicostore@gmail.com, including your order number and reason for return.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Personalized or sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by Elynico, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to personal preference (change of mind, size, or color), the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, via the same payment method used for the original order.
